About the role
You will be responsible for providing exceptional first point of contact experience to all external and internal customers of Cerebral Palsy Alliance, as well general administrative duties including scheduling to support the organisation and contribute to the customer experience.
As well as excelling in both verbal and written communications, you will be great at building and maintaining relationships at all levels, and confident in assisting team members with issues such as problem-solving. You will sit at Reception and be the welcome of our CPA Allambie site.
This is a permanent part-time position based on 4.5 days per week, Tuesday – Saturday (half day on Saturday) at the Allambie Heights office.
