We are now looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Delivery Team!
The Technical Business Analyst will interact and support the Senior Business Analyst. They will be accountable for breaking down the epic into features, interpreting high level requirements and breaking them down to user stories. They own the definition and implementation of a team’s backlog. This typically involve collaborating with the delivery squad to maximum value is delivered to customer/end user by prioritizing the most important items to start first.
As a Technical Business Analyst at BizCover, you will be reponsible for:
- Conducting the main Agile ceremonies in Team retro, Sprint review, planning & grooming
- Ensuring that user stories are ready to be estimated and worked on by the developers.
- Assisting the developers and the quality assurance team in delivering the agreed user stories (i.e. 3-way handshake) and verify that solutions will meet business requirements.
- Facilitating key meetings including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
- Production building /configuration
- Determining Technology Deliverables
Knowledge:
- Development of story mapping diagrams
- Technical knowledge
- User Flows diagrams
- Good understanding of the enterprise’s strategy
- Attended Agile training (and is certified)
- Good understanding of Design Thinking/Human Centered Design practices
- Basic working understanding of Jira/Confluence/Miro/Team Retro
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
