Staff discounts on our Ingenia Holiday Parks About the Role As Senior Payroll Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our payroll operations, contributing to the seamless management of payroll processes for our 1400 employees. You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll cycle, including superannuation, payroll tax, and end-of-month PAYG, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing a seamless customer service delivery. We are using the rapidly expanding and single-system HR platform called Dayforce. Training on Dayforce will be provided to the successful candidate! Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including superannuation, payroll tax, and end-of-month PAYG. Demonstrate critical thinking and analysis in a high-paced environment. Interpret awards and other industrial instruments. Effectively communicate and engage with our employee population. Ensure timely response to employee payroll related queries. Navigate the intricacies of payroll systems, specifically Dayforce and Ceridian Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team. About You Have experience with at least 2 different payroll systems. Familiarity with a similar employee size and pace of work. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive payroll queries.
