This role is primarily responsible for the development of visual communications, visual strategy execution of complex project requirements, and delivery of appropriate creative design concepts for internal and external presentations and campaigns across print and digital platforms.

This includes the over-all layout, design, and production activities and contributing to the development of new concepts, graphic standards and templates, and improved processes and workflow system.

Some duties would include:

• Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collateral and some billable deliverables
• Execute design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media campaigns
• Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work winning materials
• Research and develop new ways of presenting our brand
• Create and edit materials for large events and campaigns

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
