Due to growth, several newly created permanent and fixed-term opportunities have become available within the P&C Business Partnering team at AGL. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced P&C Business Partners who are passionate about delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences. You will be an integral part of our Customer Markets & Corporate team as a trusted advisor, shaping the future of People and Culture at AGL.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of business interdependencies to drive efficiencies and manage change effectively.
- Provide project management and support for strategic activities such as M&A projects and change programs.
- Act as a conduit between Business Units and P&C enterprise services, fostering collaboration.
- Collaborate with the P&C Business Partnering team to design and deliver co-developed people strategies.
- Drive end-to-end case management and investigations for employee performance matters and complex grievances, aligning with AGL values.
- Support cyclical people activities, including talent management, culture initiatives, and team performance reviews.
About you
What you’ll bring to the table
- Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner, with strong generalist experience in large and complex organisations.
- Ability to deliver effective case management.
- Collaborative style with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing ability, building trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- M&A project experience will be highly desirable.
- Undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualifications in a HR/business discipline or equivalent experience.
