You will have graduated with a tertiary qualification related to your field between January 2024 and January 2025.

1. Submit your application
Submit online application, CV, cover letter, transcripts and right to work. Make sure you include details about work experience, education, and extracurricular activities, such as volunteer work, clubs, etc.
2. Complete the Online Evaluation
Selected candidates will be invited to complete a blended online test where we will be able to get to know you better – we’ll take a look at cognitive ability, personality and situational judgement.
3. Complete a video interview
Selected candidates will be invited to complete a video interview at a time convenient to you. We will provide you with several questions for you to answer and record via an online video interviewing platform. You will have a chance to read the questions prior to recording your answer. Let us see your personality and really get to know the real you!
4. Attend an in-person interview
Selected candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview which will include an individual interview with the business. This provides you with an opportunity to share with the team a bit more about yourself and the reason why you want to join KBR as a Graduate.
5. Offer to join the Graduate Program
If you are successful, you will receive a phone call from our recruitment team to offer you a position within our program. Congratulations!
