Our client, Trinity Retail Pty Ltd T/A Foodworks Condobolin, operates supermarket that is 100% Australian-owned and operated. As independent supermarket and grocery store owner, all the products offered are always individually tailored to reflect store's local community needs. There are a wide range of food products from a broad range of categories.
The client is looking for a full-time and skilled Forklift Driver to join its dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of their supermarket's logistics and inventory management.

Minimum Requirements:
AQF Certificate III in a relevant field or equivalent/ at least 1 year of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
A valid forklift license is mandatory.

In this role your main responsibilities include:
Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles. Ensure that goods are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Transporting Goods: Move goods within the warehouse or storage area to designated locations. Transport goods from the storage area to the retail floor as needed.
Stock Management: Stack goods in an organized manner, maintaining order and maximizing space efficiency. Assist in stocktaking and inventory management by moving and organizing stock to ensure the stock has enough validity.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Regularly inspect and maintain the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.
Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare bulk orders for dispatch to customers. Ensure that the correct products are picked and prepared according to the order specifications.
Retail Support: Assist in replenishing shelves and stock in the retail area. Support retail staff by ensuring that products are available and properly displayed.
Pallet Handling: Manage pallet racking, including stacking and retrieving pallets. Ensure pallets are stable and safe for handling.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of goods moved and stock levels. Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse or store manager.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist customers with loading bulk orders into their vehicles. Provide friendly and helpful service to customers as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, retail staff, and management to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within deadlines.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in warehouse and forklift operations.

Other key skills and experience will include:
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and manual handling practices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The Truck Mechanic is responsible for serving and repairing as per repair order instructions within the service department. The truck mechanic is to promote customer satisfaction to the required dealer standards. They also will oversee the work of any apprentice technician assigned to him.

The Job:
Perform work as per the repair order instructions
Advise of any additional work that is required to the workshop
foreman
Document all work performed including cause and correction and recommend any work not carried out during service and repair.
Ensure that the customer vehicle is left as they found it (included cleanliness, movement of the seat, radio, Bluetooth and mirror adjustments)
Supervision of any apprentice that you are assigned
Appropriately and safely operate all tools and equipment as mandated through safety training. Report any safety, equipment defects or malfunction issues to management immediately.
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
Attend all dealership and service department meetings and online training when requested.
Keep workshop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times.
