• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications.
• Utilize industry-standard automated testing tools and frameworks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
• Contribute to the overall test strategy and test planning activities.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify areas suitable for automation testing and develop strategies for implementation.
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of the software.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate test results to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve identified issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies related to test automation.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
• Create and maintain documentation related to test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Extensive experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium) would be a plus.

Are you an experienced cleaning professional with great communication skills?  Do you focus on quality and have an eye for precision and detail?  We are looking for a supervisor who can guide and direct our domestic cleaning and catering staff to ensure a high standard of service is maintained across a number of site departments. 

Positioned as our ‘in-field’ supervisor, you will also be responsible for the collaboration of room cleanliness audits, food standard audits and reporting functions.  You will manage guest relations and be a key point of contact for guest related enquiries, escalating as required to management.  

This is the perfect opportunity to build your remote site experience by bringing your significant experience in the cleaning/hospitality industry and your well demonstrated supervisory & leadership capacity.

Key duties will include:

• manage staffing rosters, room cleaning & maintenance scheduling
• training of staff across both domestic cleaning and food services 
• implement hazard identification, risk assessment and safe work SOP's
• auditing our housekeeping department to ensure room cleaning standards are met
• assistance with accommodation bookings and office duties

Who are we looking for?    

You will be safety first focused, have a solutions mindset and excellent analytical skills along with proficiency across accommodation management software and generally strong technology skills.

You are the 'backbone' of our remote sites team and will contribute extensively to the effective day to day operations and service solution for our customers, ensuring that each experience is as close to that feeling of being in a home away from home.

It is essential you are a team player, happy to assist and get 'hands on' in the retail space, housekeeping, general mine site cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks as required.

This position is a FIFO 5/2 role from Townsville or Rockhampton, however other roster patterns may be considered for the right applicant. Our Quality Assurance Officers are required to work up to 10 hours per day.

Your day-to-day.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and affiliate teams to ensure all advertising aligns with compliance standards.
• Review advertising/marketing content across various platforms, providing feedback to ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant gambling regulations before publication.
• Conduct regular reviews of external websites and platforms to verify the publication of advertising/marketing material in line with instructions and requirements.
• Work with the legal team to assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of policies and procedures, ensuring best practices in advertising compliance.
• Respond to regulator requests and assist in addressing customer complaints. Support compliance requirements for Trade Promotion competitions, including the review of terms and conditions.
