As Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all inventory and inbound activities, ensuring the maintenance of optimal stock levels, streamlining processes to reduce waste, and improving inventory accuracy. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on warehouse storeperson for our South Australia Warehouse. This role will be working independently in a shared warehouse space reporting to our VIC & SA warehouse and logistics manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful receipt, organisation, tracking, picking, packing and delivery of our products, ensuring the premium experience of our customers and the safety of our staff and our stock.

The warehouse storeperson will be instrumental in liaise with customers and contractors who are picking up deliveries as well as working with the Eco Outdoor Sales, Fulfilment, Warehousing and Imports teams as required.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, have a can-do attitude and be willing to participate as an active member of a small team. You should be comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers on the phone or in person, be physically able, numerate and have an aptitude to use an inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders for delivery (including using heavy machinery ie forklifts), including packaging and labelling correctly
• Receiving stock, including sorting and organising deliveries for smart storage for easy future dispatch and prevention of damage
• Managing the flow of stock through our WMS and ERP system Netsuite to ensure records are always accurate and up to date
• Operate at all times to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines, including ensuring workspace is free of debris, removing safety hazards from aisles and wearing appropriate safety gear
• Organising walling and flooring samples, ensuring stock levels are adequate, tracking sample orders and packing for dispatch

The main focus for the Purchasing Administrator is responsible for supporting the National Parts team with the branch networks’ daily purchasing requirements.

This role communicates directly with suppliers and carriers to confirm and follow up orders both locally and internationally.

About You

• Previous experience in store leadership roles ideally within the retail or hospitality industries

• Exposure to managing store operations and driving financial success

• Previous exposure to rostering, P&L reports and budgets

• An ability to develop teams and evoke a positive and fun working environment
