About the role:
We’re looking for a trade-qualified Panel Beater/Spray Painter or Motor Assessor to join our Motor assessing team to accurately assess vehicle damage to determine cost-effective and safe repairs while ensuring the best outcome for the customer and balancing the needs of the business. With locations in QLD, VIC and NSW, we're open to applicants in any of these states!

The day of a Motor Assessor is always changing. With plenty of variety, in one instance you can be dealing with a minor accident through to a stolen or burnt-out car/motorcycle
Your role will include but not be limited to the following:
Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine cost-effective and safe repairs using the correct repair method.
Provide excellent service to our customers both on the phone and in person.
Undertaking vehicle assessments in line with underwriting terms & conditions & claims protocols.
Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating correct scope & costs for vehicle repairs via Partner or Customer’s own repairers.
Manage rectifications in accordance with the Industry Code of Conduct & engage PSM in the appropriate recovery of costs.
Working as part of a state team of assessors to problem solve customer’s repair issues.
Providing excellent key to key customer repair times to increase customer advocacy.
Multi-channel assessing responsibility.
What experience you’ll bring:
Industry trade qualified
Experience and current knowledge of the motor body repair industry
Passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service
Sound level of computer literacy
Ability to work independently and effective time management
Valid Driver’s Licence
