We've been on a journey over the last few years to enhance our in-house IT capability - and our Techcare Team are proud of the increased service level we now offer our business.
What Will You Do?
The TechCare team provide on-site IT Support Services (Desktop Support), Enjoy the variety of being part of a large IT team providing on-site technical support to approximately 3000 colleagues across our manufacturing facilities in Port Kembla.
Each day you will play an integral part in providing IT support services by:
- Providing onsite support to multiple manufacturing sites across our Port Kembla facilities (comparable in size to Sydney domestic and International Airport terminals combined)
- Imaging and re-imaging of laptops
- Assisting our external IT Service Providers
- Providing maintenance of both software and hardware
- Configuring user profiles and accounts
- Advising users and offering guidance
More About You
We don’t expect you to know our industry or our business, we have an internal network to support your learning that, it’s your desktop support experience that we value most. We are looking for team player with: -
- Knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, methodologies and process implementation
- The ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Knowledge of Office365 and Windows 10
- Experience with A/V Hardware and Systems
- Exposure to Apple products and ServiceNow will be looked upon favourably
