Due to market demands and continued growth, an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator is required to hit the ground running and assist with general administration and accounts of this busy, dynamic business located in Welshpool, WA. About the role:Reporting to the General Manager and working with a small, dedicated team, including the friendly office dogs, you will thrive in an office that is relaxed and friendly, yet hard-working and results-driven. Proficient with MS Office, Xero Accounting software and high attention to detail skills, you will have the natural ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. Your day-to-day tasks will see you processing invoices, purchase orders, handling bank and credit card reconciliations and management of receipts and supporting documentation. Additionally, you will assist with the accounts payable and receivable functions of both businesses. Additional duties will include: Assisting with month-end journals, BAS / IAS and PAYG Reviewing debtors and creditors Assisting in preparing monthly management reports ensuring relevant balances are reconciled to GL account Maintaining the asset register Receiving inbound customer calls and taking accurate notes for orders Ordering of stationery and amenities for office and lunch area Ad-hoc administrative duties What’s on offer?This role is a great opportunity with a huge scope to further develop your skillset and broaden your duties and responsibilities.
