Manly Warringah Sea Eagles The Senior Commercial Partnerships Executive will be responsible for representing the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in the sporting market. Working closely with Commercial Manager, the Senior Commercial Partnerships Executive will focus on reaching and exceeding sales targets, whilst successfully identifying new business opportunities. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Sponsorship/partnerships/hospitality Research, maintain and grow an ongoing database of potential NEW Sponsors, Corporate Partners and Hospitality clients Develop proposals and presentations and maintain accurate, timely commercial documentation Build ongoing and trusted relationships with all Sea Eagles sponsors and corporate partners and hospitality clients, along with assisting the commercial team to ensure mutually beneficial working relationships and delivery of commercial KPIs Sales Develop a clear and effective sales program including materials, collateral, packages and written proposals Provide industry insights Identify and capitalise on NEW business opportunities Understand the Sea Eagles brand and stakeholders, along with the Sea Eagles Strategic Plan and broader operational plans in order to align communication and activity across the organisation Operations Work with the Commercial Manager on development of effective sales strategies, to ensure clear and effective communication to potential sponsors, corporate partners and hospitality clients Prepare, review and reconcile various sales and management reports as set out by the Commercial Manager Maintain a detailed Pipeline of NEW Business to ensure Qualification & Experience Essential Requirements Work with the Commercial Manager to set the agenda and drive the team’s high-performance culture Assist in the development of weekly, mid-season & post season presentations for each Corporate Partner to assist in renewal discussions with partners where applicable Assist in management of budgeting and operational plan for identified Sponsors/Corporate Partners/Hospitality Clients, and where required, the broader Commercial budget Ability to drive sales to agreed targets through an authentic approach to providing value to all parties Great communicator - able to communicate with senior decision-makers across multiple industries Excellent reporting and prospecting capabilities, eye for detail with a polite but determined sales approach Strong organisational, administrative and process skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities Job Publish: 18-03-2024 Job Expire: 17-04-2024 Please click to View more detail / apply .
