Join our dynamic Payroll team as a permanent, full time Payroll Specialist. This is a hybrid opportunity, working 2 days a week at Sydney Olympic Park and the rest from home. Be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of payroll, including timesheets, leave, termination calculations, superannuation and other payroll calculations in addition to being the go-to person for payroll queries.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Ensuring timely processing of payroll and relevant entitlements for NRMA Group of businesses.
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining appropriate compliance procedures for easy reconciliation.
- Assisting with relevant HR administration and enquiries
- Providing support with monthly balancing of Superannuation, Payroll, PAYG.
- Processing of Payroll Taxation End of Month.
- Production, review and distribution of EOM and annual Incentive calculation review.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in a similar role (4 years) and demonstrated practical knowledge of payroll processes (automated and manual calculations).
- Experience using largescale payroll systems is essential (specific experience with Dayforce and/or ADP will be highly regarded).
- General understanding of EA/award interpretation and Fair Work requirements.
- Sound experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills to be able to effectively partner and support stakeholders.
- Passionate, energetic “can do” attitude and a true team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a track record of being target orientated.
