We have a great opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our Customer Solutions Team.

This is a key role focusing on the internal processes, tools and systems that enable our customers and other stakeholders to interact with us effortlessly.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Work closely with your relevant Sales Team to understand how their strategy/activity links to our focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
• Analyse customer feedback and participate in customer site visits to understand their frustrations and pain points and use this information as a means to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review all relevant customer feedback and ensure any negative feedback followed through to resolution.
• Regularly analyse Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results for your line of business and report on findings to sales.
• Ensure that any anecdotal feedback received is recorded in the appropriate system.
• Gain an in depth knowledge of the customer segments, customer behaviours and interactions with sales teams and Viva to identify opportunities for improvement and to become a fully trusted business advisor.
• Understand the full Offer to Cash end to end workflow so that you can contribute as a subject matter expert and support the shaping of the strategy for your sales team.
• Work closely with the Business/Systems Analysts to ensure that the data required for you to make decisions is received accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Increase sales team productivity by reducing the amount of time spent on administrative tasks, by optimizing or automating the identified activities.
• Communicate any changes to projects quickly to mitigate any rework or risks.

Your Role:

• Manage all People Operations topics at the Melbourne Fulfilment Centre, driving HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic and hands-on HR support to both blue-collar and white-collar teams.
• Oversee and refine HR policies to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
• Lead high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention efforts for a diverse workforce.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and guide performance improvement processes.
• Ensure that all HR initiatives meet legal requirements and internal standards.
• Champion People & Culture programs, promoting an inclusive and high-performing work environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR needs and propose initiatives for ongoing improvement.

• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, blue-collar or operational environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Australian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on driving results.
