Spick and Span Commercial Property Maintenance Pty Ltd is a highly reputed commercial cleaning company operating in Queensland. With proven experience and expertise, we manage a broad range of contracts for both government and private entities across the state.
To better serve our clients, we are now seeking multiple talented and highly motivated Contract Administrators with sound knowledge and expertise in the commercial property maintenance industry.
The main tasks of this position include the following
1. Draft and revise contracts, which may include preparing documents for tenders, negotiation of agreements with clients and suppliers.
2. Manage tenders including preparation, speci?cation, data gathering and estimation ensuring the contestability for the contracts.
3. Establish contract terms and conditions including service levels, fees, and ?nancial obligations.
4. Draft, negotiate, and establish contract terms and conditions including performance levels, standards, quality, legal and ?nancial obligations that are legally binding between the organization and clients.
5. Engage with clients, internal managers, and subcontractors to develop, assess, and negotiate on variations for maintenance projects, cleaning contracts and other facility maintenance contracts.
6. Liaise with internal operational representatives, external legal practitioners, and various external parties to ensure that deadlines and requirements of the contracts are met.
7. Review and manage contract paperwork and documentation adopting to the changing needs of the business and operations.
8. Periodically assess the operational performance and compliance adherence of sta?, maintenance teams and subcontractors against the contractual policies, procedures, health and safety and legal standards.
9. Plan, schedule and perform inspections and evaluations in contracted facilities to assess the performance of team members and sub-contractors and report progress to support decision making processes.
10. Undertake contract analysis and provide advice to the business and conduct research on topics relevant to industry changes and business needs.
11.0 Monitor and advise the management on compliance with contractual obligations including revisions, renewals, and updates of ongoing contracts.
12. Source and manage service level agreements and contracts with multiple suppliers, external parties and organizations supporting the changing operational needs of the organization.
Skills and Experience Required
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience working in similar role(s) (preferably in the Commercial Property Maintenance industry)
Salary: Base Salary $85,000 to $120,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
Location: we have positions available in both our Underwood and Beenleigh Offices.
