About the role
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to drive new sales in Queensland. You will be a self-starter and an excellent communicator with a proven record of selling to a diverse range of industry verticals. You will be instrumental in the sales cycle and work collaboratively with the Queensland Sales Team by conducting outbound calls and booking appointments to explore new opportunities. This role will allow you to develop your sales skills and knowledge while being supported by an experienced and successful Sales team.
To excel in this role, your background and skills will demonstrate the ability to undertake the following:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects.
- Introduce our products and services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
- Follow up warm leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and sales opportunities in SAP.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to meet customer requirements and be a team player.
- Coordinate meetings involving technical experts and consultants to enhance customers' knowledge of our offerings and assist in their decision-making process.
- Achieve daily KPIs and monthly targets.
Knowledge & Experience & Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Be a proven self-starter that can succeed with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a successful sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Experience in technology or software industries is a plus.
