ROLE

• Franchise Partner Onboarding: Guide new franchise partners through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive support and training to ensure a successful start.
• Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation and compliance requirements during the onboarding phase.
• Training Coordination: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new franchise partners, covering operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of newly onboarded franchise partners and provide ongoing support to address any challenges or concerns.
• Attending Meetings: Attend regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching!

Reporting to the Senior Administration Manager, as the Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the dealership, including providing administrative support to our Sales Executives, managing customer information, and maintaining accurate records. As our Executive Assistant, you will be providing professional, strategic and administrative assistance and support to the Chief Customer and Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer based in Melbourne. This demanding position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the success of NEXTDC by providing seamless support while also driving operational excellence.

Day to day duties will include the management of complex executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements. You will be responsible for preparing strategic presentations, managing email campaigns, handling expenses and supporting the execution of events. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems and support cross-functional teams, ensuring our executives can operate at their highest level. You will be working and collaborating with a talented team of strategic Executive Assistants based across Sydney and Brisbane that have our leadership teams support to drive our company’s growth and success.

In addition to executive support, you will be a key figure in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment across multiple Melbourne locations (Port Melbourne, Tullamarine and West Foostscray). Your responsibilities will include overseeing office supplies, managing catering for executive meetings, guest and customer meetings and when required, being first point of contact for any office-related needs, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workspace.

· Support business reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as project reporting.

· Assist with project setup in Workbench and manage project cost planner setup and weekly updates.

· Arrange travel and accommodation for the leadership team as needed, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
