As our Executive Assistant, you will be providing professional, strategic and administrative assistance and support to the Chief Customer and Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer based in Melbourne. Join us as our new Crewing Assistant

We are looking for another member to join our international Crewing Team. The Crewing Team is accountable for resourcing and scheduling our offshore personnel across the Asia Pacific region, including our Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Deck, Marine and Supervisory personnel. As a Crewing Assistant, you will support the Crewing Coordinators with human logistics, including but not limited to assisting with visa applications, personnel manning levels and schedules, record management, onboarding, preparing employment documentation for review, and maintaining compliance reports.

What you will be doing?
