The role of Gardner is responsible for hands-on plant care, nursery maintenance, and order fulfilment, with strict attention to all protocols and company standards. This role demands a highly dedicated individual ready to tackle each of the following responsibilities:
Plant Care & Maintenance
• Perform daily watering, weeding, thinning, and pruning to promote plant health.
• Prepare sites, plots, and soils as needed and participate in pest control and fertilisation programs.
• Assist with chemical spraying and other treatments essential to plant care.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• Detail, label, pack, and fill plant orders for accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure only healthy plants are picked, with correct barcodes placed on each order and positioned in designated trays.

Equipment Handling & Manual Labour

About You:
• Relevant qualifications in Horticulture:
o Cert IV in Horticulture; OR
o Cert III plus minimum of two years applicable experience; OR
o Minimum of three years of experience in same or similar role
• High physical fitness, with the ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for prolonged periods in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Current Queensland ‘C’ class driver’s licence or ability to obtain
