Key Responsibilities
- Administration including invoicing and general administration tasks
- Provide assistance with all WHS and HR documentation, including completion of policies and procedures, review of documentation, maintenance of registers, training and induction of staff and contractors, and drafting of materials as required
- Coordinating and delivering staff and visitor inductions
- Ordering uniforms and office supplies
- Handling general office tasks including handling email and phone queries
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements:
To be successful for this position, you will have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and relevant software
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
