Your Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Manager-level across our Technology Implementation division. In joining our successful team, you will:
• Work with different team members for successful implementation of the project, starting from requirement gathering till go-live and support.
• Analysis and design of the key business requirements and convert them into technical requirements
• Develop leading edge technology strategies focused on adding value to users and making real, lasting change
• Development of client-side code components using Java Scripts and Dynamics 365 API
• Development of server-side code components using Liquid, C#.NET and Dynamics 365 API
• Development of dynamics 365 core components such as Plugins, custom actions, workflows, and custom workflow activities
• Customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications, including custom model driven apps
• Customization and configuration of PowerApps portal
• Deployment of Dynamics 365 and PowerApps portal related components
• Version controlling the code using AzureDevOps and GitRepo

• A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications are desirable.
• Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant and proven end to end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development is a must.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation.
• Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customisations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons.
