What you’ll be doing:
Corporate Objectives
- Continue positive growth of the FleetPartners Novated contract base. Cross sell our present product offering of Novated and Salary Packaging throughout our client base in Australia & New Zealand
- Consistently evolve our systems achieving operational excellence through innovation and the effective use of IT technology and automated processes
- Continual corporate evolution, encompassing sustainability, corporate structure, culture, learning and development – future success planning, people, presence, process and product
- Incorporating the Group core values as the foundation of all actions, initiatives and communications
Divisional Objectives
- Ensure FleetPartners continues to grow in the marketplace by identifying new opportunities, effectively managing and increasing the existing client relationships, meeting and exceeding client back book growth and saturation
- Ensuring FleetPartners continues to be a leader in the marketplace maintaining the established 97% customer retention rate, delivering unsurpassed service
- Proactively contributing to the management of profitability via effective marketing techniques and client management, remaining relevant in the competitive landscape and building on the FleetPartners value offer of exceptional customised service.
- Identifying opportunities and developing strategies that ensure documentation of process, discipline, efficiencies and productivity improvement, are implemented in all areas of the division.
- Responsible for maximising client relationships across a select group of clients hence ensuring customer retention and account growth for FleetPartners nationally through effective communication, consistency, accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of client management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, customers and team members in Australia.
- Ensuring required administrative processes are managed effectively in order to ensure FleetPartners operates in accordance with the company standards, financier requirements and meets and exceeds all KPI’s (visitations, contact, program growth and customer service satisfaction).
- Exhibiting the Group’s values - Leading by example at all times, promoting the positive, professional and unique image of FleetPartners.
Client Relationship Management
- Ongoing management of client/customer relationships
- Develop Novated Lease customers
- Assist Business Development Managers with new client implementation including engagement strategy
- Presenting employee education sessions with relevant clients
- Conduct marketing initiatives such as site consults and webinars
- Identify new opportunities within current customer base through business reviews
- Develop, build and maintain personal client/customer relationships
- Ensure promotion of solutions to clients/customers that add value and further entwine FleetPlus Customer relationship
- Achieve set targets
- Cross-sell salary packaging products
Administration and Documentation
- Ensure up to date electronic records of client/customer visits within systems
- Manage aspects of customers for optimum return to both customer and FleetPartners
- Ensure all system data is up to date and with relevant and ongoing information
- Ensure all customer meetings are completed with a follow up note within 24 hours outlining action points and summarising outcomes
- Ensure Strategic Reviews are completed for all Focus clients
- Responsibly and proactively manage all ad hoc responsibilities
Communication
- Ensure optimum communication across all clients
- Market the full range of products and services
- Use electronic diaries to effectively manage and communicate time
- Conduct regular client visits
- Complete Client visit Reports within 24 hours for all client visit activity
- Effectively respond to escalated customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaison with relevant Company HR/Finance personnel re execution of Novated Deeds
- Presenting employee education sessions with relevant companies
- Attend weekly team WIP meetings prepared with relevant useful information aimed at improving sales and customer relationships
- Provide ideas to National Manager Novated Relationships to ensure company always innovating and implementing best practice
- Work closely with all team members to provide the optimal service to our clients
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales and/or Marketing advantage
- Experience in Relationship Management/Account Management/Business Development role
- Novated Industry experience advantage
- Intermediate working knowledge and capability with Microsoft office especially Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel, in addition to other program experience and exposure
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Ability to report effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Comprehension of the company history, development and future objectives
