As a trusted partner and genuine remuneration subject matter expert, you will guide our People Business Partners and leaders across our diverse Australian businesses on all things remuneration and benefits. This will see you provide up-to-date market research, remuneration analysis, job evaluations and reward solutions that will shape our business and elevate our employee value proposition, both now and into the future.

What Will You Do?
With your consultative approach and ability to nurture relationships across a large and diverse organisation, you will:
- undertake a wide variety of job evaluation activities using suitable methodologies to inform and maintain our competitive remuneration and benefits practices
- support the delivery of the annual salary and incentive review process by performing market data research, gathering employee data and analysis
- project leading or supporting the delivery of rewards solutions and implementing initiatives to support business goals
- manage remuneration survey submissions and perform market research and analysis to recommend reward solutions
- undertake valuable reporting activities including profit share plan participation, incentive schemes and remuneration reviews
More About You
Leveraging your rewards and business partnering expertise, you will bring:
- prior experience in rewards, remuneration, and benefits within a diverse organisation
- applied knowledge of job evaluation methodologies such as Korn Ferry Hay and Mercer
- high numeric and analytical skills
- proficiency in the use of MS Office suite range of products
- ability to liaise, advise and influence internal teams as a subject matter expert
