The Role
We’re currently recruiting for a Collections Officer to join our Docklands office, managing end-to-end Collection Activity for an assigned portfolio of Local and export Customers.
Reporting to the Collections Manager - Non-Grocery, your main responsibility will be to deliver efficient and effective management of several partner accounts, including timely processing of all payments and deductions whilst managing compliance with terms.
This is a Hybrid position, mixing between Bega's Docklands office and working from home arrangement.
Responsibilities
Account Management for medium transactional Accounts across multiple sites.
Management of all Customer Queries, and Reconciliations
Daily / Weekly Payment Allocation.
Timely processing of customer payments, remittances, deductions and associated follow-up
Deliver on collection activity KPIs
Tradespend processing.
About you
A strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
Accounts receivable and credit management and process knowledge
Strong reconciliation skills and good knowledge about rebates and deductions.
Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP
Ability to add value and input to continuous improvement projects.
