Bailey Abbott now have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join our Change Management capability. Our Change Management specialists work within an active community of practice, enabling you to benefit from their years of collective experience and wisdom.
As a Change Manager you will be creating and implementing change management strategies, plans and engagement activities that maximise employee adoption and minimise change resistance, in order to increase benefit, maximise value creation and ensure achievement of results and outcomes for our customers.
Working as a Change Manager you will get the opportunity to:
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics for the customer
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance within the customer
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers
- Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Integrate change management activities into project plan for efficient delivery
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness for change implementation
- Manage stakeholders both within Bailey Abbott and within the customer
Your skills and experience includes:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Change Manager with in-depth understanding of change management and its tools and methodologies
- Good knowledge of change management techniques
- Demonstrated ability to see the "big picture" and understand the strategic context of projects and change.
- A demonstrated ability to adopt and adopt to different client's Ways of Working
- Ideally Project Management and Business Analysis skills and experience across diverse industries and businesses.
