The position of Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) / Electrophysiology (EP) provides in person and remote clinical, technical & educational support to our clinical partners in accounts throughout Tasmania and, when required, across ANZ. This role involves our full portfolio of CRM products as well as our FARAPULSE™ Pulsed Field Ablation system. The successful candidate will represent Boston Scientific, demonstrating clinical expertise and rolling out education and training programs to support our customers as they implement Boston technologies in their clinical practice. Travel will be required as part of this role.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

CRM & EP

•Build strong internal and external customer relationships to understand their needs and to identify potential new business opportunities.
•Develop deep understanding of the individual workflows and policies of each hospital as well as maintaining a current understanding of any competitor activities.
•Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by collaborating on the development and implementation of creative and feasible optimal solutions with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support).

The position of Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology (EP), provides field/remote clinical, technical & educational support in EP to assigned accounts across ANZ. The primary focus is to support new therapy introduction of Pulsed Field Ablation through our recent launch of the FARAPULSE™ system, demonstrating clinical expertise to influence superior outcomes. Frequent travel will be required as part of the role.

WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?
• Utilising your technical knowledge of:
o The field of electrophysiology (including propagation of electrical circuits within cardiac tissue and the pathophysiology of electrical rhythm disorders), biophysics of radiofrequency, cryo-thermal ablation, 2D and 3D electroanatomical mapping principles to provide:
? Clinical support including basic trouble-shooting, and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias
? Provide the measurement of electrical circuits within the heart and perform stimulation protocols as per physician requests to measure the electrical conductivity of the heart to aid in the diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias
? Develop a deep technical understanding of, and provide the technical training of company products to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists and Nurses
• Travelling as required to meet customer demand for the services described above.

The position of Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) / Electrophysiology (EP) provides field/remote clinical, technical & educational support in EP and CRM to accounts in SA and across ANZ. The primary focus is to support new therapy introduction of Pulsed Field Ablation through the FARAPULSE™ system, demonstrating clinical expertise to influence superior outcomes and support the wider CRM team in NSW. Travel may be required as part of this role.
WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?

Electrophysiology (EP)
• Successfully complete EP training programs
• Utilise your technical knowledge of the field of electrophysiology, biophysics of ablation technologies, 2D and 3D electroanatomical mapping principles to:
o Develop a deep technical understanding of, and provide the technical training of company products to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists and Nurses
o Attend EP procedures with customers (operating Boston Scientific products where appropriate) providing detailed training/advice to physicians and other key stakeholders on clinical attributes and techniques associated with Boston Scientific electrophysiology products
o Provide clinical support including trouble-shooting, and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias
o Provide clinical support for: FARAPULSE™, POLARx™, RHYTHMIA™, LAB SYSTEM PRO™, MAESTRO 4000™, METRIQ™, plus support for the full range of Boston Scientific EP Catheters

Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
• Successfully complete formal CRM training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
• Provide superior day-to-day field clinical support, which includes patient interactions of patient education, programming of Boston devices and patient follow up, plus technical/application and education support, site management and coordination.
• Once certified (partial or full) to take part in the on call roster and support the WA CRM team after hours and on weekends when rostered on call

EP & CRM
• Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs as well as identify potential new business opportunities.
• Develop deep understanding on the workflows and policies of each hospital as well as identifying any competitor activities.
• Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
• Recording customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
