The Role

The position of the Network Strategy Manager – Fleet is responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and delivery roadmaps for TGE Fleet operations and broader TGE Network operational strategies.

This role will drive the strategy and capital planning processes to ensure that the fleet is standardised, working optimally, maximising organisational efficiencies and service performance.
 

Beyond Fleet strategy, this position will be required lead on the design and delivery of operational transformation projects and capability to execute the broader network operations strategy.  A key responsibility of this role is to maximise network standardisation and optimisation to deliver improvement in network performance, while ensuring the Network is ready to meet the future needs of the business and the customers we serve.

• Lead a small team to develop and deliver the overall network fleet strategy for operations, including the development and implementation of a long term plan, in line with customer requirements and broader TGE network development strategy (network, fleet, site).

This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is a hybrid role based on 2 days working from the Sydney office (Mondays and Thursdays) and 3 days working from home. Position Summary

You will be responsible for the B2B sales and marketing strategy definition and execution of our online and in-store solutions across APAC. You will drive growth and work on commercial initiatives targeting retailers and manufacturers from the Consumer Electronics and Consumer Goods (FMCG) markets to help them define, report on, and execute their commerce execution. 

Essential Functions: 

• Define target customers and segments to build and manage the top of our sales funnel. 

• Design relevant marketing and ‘hunting’ strategies to reach, engage and convert leads into clients. 

• Analyze our existing data set and extract relevant insights together with relevant FMCG industry information to develop a solid insight-based hunting strategy. 

• Build sales collateral based on real data points to ‘hunt’ and create brand awareness among our target retail companies. 

• Execute the strategy by reaching out and communicating with the clients through emails, newsletters, LinkedIn posts and messages and other ‘hunting’ platforms. 

• Produce reports highlighting results of top funnel initiatives so that we can optimize our strategy and get the highest possible ROI on our initiatives. 

• Communicate our value prop and promote Wiser products and services to clients to drive cross-selling opportunities between our in-store and online solutions (see full suite at www.wiser.com). 

• Partner with account managers and support teams internally to get deals over the line.  

• Partner with Customer Success to execute our ‘hunting’ strategy to keep clients engaged, grow existing key accounts and position Wiser as a strategic partner in their digital transformation.

What we are looking for:

• You will also be degree qualified and have at least 5-10 years' post-graduation experience in a power industry role as a consultant or power project developer/owner/operator.

• Years of experience with power system modelling software such as PSSE, PSCAD and Powerfactory will support your success in this role.
• Site and practical experience with power systems behaviour are also a plus for this role.
