As a Legal Administrator, you will provide valuable support to Endeavour’s Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Company Secretariat teams, managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly. 

You’ll play a key role in fostering positive, collaborative relationships with our legal and business partners, enabling proactive, pragmatic assistance that supports our mission of creating a more sociable future together.

• Monitoring and triaging Endeavour’s legal inbox
• Assisting with contract administration, including execution and storage
• Coordinating diaries and arranging meetings for the leadership team
• Booking travel for the leadership team 
• Taking meeting notes
• Managing legal matters in our system, Xakia, and overseeing invoice and purchase order administration in Coupa
• Supporting vendor onboarding and assisting with event management
• Contributing to team capacity by onboarding/offboarding team members
• Assisting with collation of documentation in response to subpoenas (with lawyer supervision)
• Working with the team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology where possible.

• Franchising: Advising on all aspects of franchising law, including the preparation of franchising agreements, assisting and advising clients with initial franchise structuring and set-ups, negotiating grants, renewals and surrenders, assisting with franchise sales and buybacks, and advising clients on the management of their franchise network.
• Immigration: Assisting corporate clients and high-profile individuals in relation to employer-sponsored work visas, labour agreements, global talent visas, training visas and business innovation and investor visas.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Endeavour, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our organisation-wide information security strategy. You will lead initiatives to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks, establish robust governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing incident response, conducting security awareness training, and managing vendor relationships.

Your day-to-day.

• Reviewing marketing collateral and proposals for new products, and providing advice based on legal and regulatory requirements.
