This role would suit applicants with entry level exposure to Customs and Trade Compliance, either through freight forwarding, brokerage, international business or transferable disciplines. Ongoing training is available for suitable candidates.

Activities include, but not limited to, Tariff classification, advisory on import/export regulatory matters, determination on licensing requirements, vendor solicitation, export control determination and advisory, reporting and other activities pertaining to promoting an effective trade compliance program.

Purpose of your role

Reporting to the Head of Data Capabilities and Insights, the Data & Insights Analyst will provide accurate, timely and relevant business analytics by creating reports, dashboards and presentations on analysis and insights to meet operational needs and recommend improvements.

You will develop an expert understanding of OFX’s business and processes and ensure the effective management of data points from creation through to exploitation in addition to driving the maturity and evolution of the data model and associated practices to support the future and ongoing needs. 

As an integral member of the Data & Insights team, you will contribute to the development and evolution of OFX’s data framework including data governance, metadata management, quality management, business intelligence, and the practice of analytics and data science. The Data & Insights Analyst will positively contribute to the Data & Insights practice at OFX, sharing knowledge and learnings to build consistency with how OFX discusses, promotes and reports on data & insights.

What you do

• Develop an expert understanding of OFX’s business and processes working hand in hand with key stakeholders and team members throughout the business to deliver key prioritised business outcomes
• Understand and communicate the wider Data & Analytics Strategy to ensure alignment of the business priorities and decision making
• Contribute to the evolution of the Data & Analytics Strategy working within the operating framework and ensuring adherence to the core data capabilities and artefacts

Purpose
As a System Support Analyst, you will provide support and guidance to our clients by answering their requests
regarding both server-side and client-side applications and systems that will enable them to make a difference
in their day-to-day operations and ultimately improve their delivery of patient care.
Responsibilities
● Provide excellent System Support services:
● Respond to client problems (phone/tickets) and proactively monitor client’s installations;
● Prioritize your workload based on client’s SLA and transfer tickets to proper department when required;
● Analyze and troubleshoot the workflow of a complex integration of network devices, workstations and
servers;
● Log and document all incidents in the ITSM (ServiceNow and/or Jira) and fix client’s problems;
● Perform database maintenance using SQL statements;
● Edit configuration files on Linux servers or troubleshoot applications on remote workstations running
Microsoft Windows;
● All the work is done remotely through secure connections and via phone and remote desktop-sharing.

The Senior Consultant Technology and Cyber Risk will be part of the Technology & Cyber Risk function within the Technology Business Unit and will lead the strategy and execution of Risk Management activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the Technology risk posture remains within TAL’s appetite by overseeing and executing Line 1 Risk management activities and consulting with a variety of stakeholders across Technology and the Business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide input into TAL’s Technology Risk Management strategy and yearly plan of activities.
• Risk Management advice and support across all of TAL’s Technology platforms.
• Contribute to the development of the controls assurance plan and perform controls assurance over critical controls
• Deliver reporting to TAL’s Technology Leadership team, Risk Office and Board to represent Risk Indicators and significant events that may shift the risk profile. Coordinate activities to complete all reporting requirements by obtaining updates from General Management and the Risk function on risk posture and culture.
• Management of risk remediation activities and reporting of approaching and overdue actions.
• Oversight and management of Incident Management for events that have an external impact to TAL’s customers or partners and support for reportable situations.
• Risk in Change assessments for significant implementations, Cloud workloads, and AI use cases to ensure solutions remain within TAL’s risk appetite and controls.
• Coordination and support for TAL’s annual Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) to agree on risk posture and control health in alignment with APRA’s CPS230 standard.
• Co-ordinate and update the Business Continuity Management for Technology to ensure recovery strategies and plans are risk based, appropriate and actionable.
• Documentation and coordination of Risk Acceptance for issues that require leadership acceptance and agreement of remediation activities to bring risks within tolerance levels.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure the Technology platform meets regulatory and partner requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology Risk (Line 2), Internal Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure there is an integrated approach to Technology Risk Management.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team dedicated to Technology Risk Management.

The primary role of the Application Support Analyst is to oversee the installation and maintenance of software applications to streamline business operations focused on Tattarang’s Workday ERP (HCM and Finance) and related applications. Duties include optimising software application performance, installing updates, building reports, application user management, management applications security (in conjunction with our cyber team), monitoring applications interfaces and performing debugging procedures.

This position is a key liaison between the IT Service Desk, application vendors and the line-of-business team members who perform the process work (in-person and using remote access tools).
