We’re seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to join Procore’s Technical Marketing team as a groundbreaking leader supporting Go To Market (GTM) in the APAC region. In Technical Marketing we are building a new function to enable our sales organisation with deep product knowledge and to build content, tools, and templates that drive market awareness and adoption of our solutions. 

As a Technical Marketing Manager (TMM) you are a primary expert in your assigned functional product area and a strategic partner and leader in driving field awareness. The TMM ensures that sales and customer success are fully equipped to sell the Procore platform. The Technical Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility in the APAC region includes running the successful delivery of field readiness programs. This role is Sydney based and reports into the Director of Technical Marketing.

What you’ll do:

• Create powerful story narratives that visually communicate the value of Procore products and platform to employees and customers in APAC, such as videos, screenshots, demos, or webinars. 
• Configure and stage product instances to bring value based use cases to life.
• Lead field readiness efforts for new product features, new SKU’s, product investments and acquisitions to build knowledge and confidence in the Procore platform.
• Engage with Product Management, Product Strategy, Solutions Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, aligning strategic and tactical planning for Procore solutions.
• Assess the needs for new region specific content, tools, templates, project plans, training and methodology documentation
• Work with the sales and customer success ecosystem to identify gaps in Procore solution knowledge and develop strategies to close those gaps
• Keep the sales and customer success ecosystem up-to-date on new features and appropriately communicate impact to customers and project resources

What we’re looking for:

• Three or more years of experience in Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting, or similar relevant experience required
• Presentation Skills: background in presenting, facilitating and creating presentation materials on a large scale with multiple audience types, including delivery in live, virtual, classroom, and recorded environments.
• Production Skills: Strong writing, video, photo editing, and/or demo creation experience.
• Experience working across an organization representing the interests of customers, sales, and customer success
• Experience leading change for a product area within a matrixed team/organization
• A deep connection to the construction industry and or the con-tech landscape is a plus

The Data Platforms Manager is a hands-on leadership role within the Advanced Analytics, Centre of Excellence team. This position is responsible for evaluating, onboarding and assisting with the roadmap of data assets, in collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation. 

The successful candidate will lead a diverse, distributed team. The position will act as a liaison between the Information Asset team and the various data product squads across the organisation as well as the transformation program.
