The Area Technical Manager (ATM) is the technical leader in the Zone 2 area of the refinery, managing key process units of the RCCU, solvents plant and boiler utilities systems.

As the ATM you will manage a team of engineers working closely with a multi-disciplinary Asset Team (operations, maintenance and technical) and with the refinery field operators, panel operators and our commercial team.  

In this role you will be active in the day to day operations, developing and designing process improvements enhancing profitability, reliability and safety, working alongside a strong team of experienced engineers and leaders will support you, helping you to grow technically and professionally.  

As a Mandarin-speaking Technical Account Manager, you will collaborate with our merchant partners, agency partners and internal teams to deliver world-class proactive service and technical excellence. You will focus on maintaining substantial, long-term merchant and agency partner relationships while resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.

You will leverage your HTML, CSS, and Javascript expertise to analyze and creatively solve integration issues on merchant websites/ in-store terminals and partner with internal teams. Your technical acumen and interpersonal skills will allow you to serve as a trusted technical advisor to merchants, translating their business needs into technical solutions that drive feature and product adoption at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for merchants and partners based in China, driving the technical relationships with merchant and agency partners.

• Proactively identify, diagnose and resolve critical technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with Account Management and other merchant-facing teams to ensure seamless operational support and satisfaction for our merchant and agency partners.

• Foster long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to Cash Commerce products

• Provide education to merchant partners, agency partners and internal teams on new and existing features.

• Produce accurate, timely status updates for support tickets that provide a balanced clarity of detail, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Document challenges and blockers encountered to further share your learnings with other technical account managers in stand-ups and status check-in calls.

• Own the end-to-end macro-level delivery of all in-store and online self-serve Integrations.

• Leveraging HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills to assess and creatively solve integration issues on merchant websites and in-store terminals.

• Oversee integration health monitoring, conduct thorough root-cause analyses, and implement proactive measures to prevent future issues.

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other departments to devise technical and operational enhancements for the merchant experience.

• Drive new features and product adoption with merchant partners, including betas and pilots.

• Efficiently manage and communicate with various stakeholders, centralising information from diverse sources to streamline processes.

• Set and manage expectations with senior leadership for key merchant accounts regarding critical incidents and project developments.

• Proactively lead new product life cycles in conjunction with engineering teams to facilitate merchant partner adoption, including technical documentation review, merchant/partner feedback, future deployments and continuous product improvement and evaluation. 

• Manage incidents with precision and efficiency, conducting in-depth internal investigations to identify root causes and develop technical uplift mitigation strategies.

• Create and distribute merchant-facing content to clarify common issues and promote problem-solving.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide best-in-class guidance and advice in integration expertise across all omnichannel platforms, regions and segments. You maintain high-performing, healthy global self-service integrations, deliver retail onboarding and support our merchants through our technical account management queues.

As part of the Project Management Practice within Capital Markets the Senior Program Manager will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of the largest and most complex customer projects and internal change initiatives using a structured, controlled, tool and methodology based, scalable approach.

• In conjunction with the Capital Markets stakeholders, initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the business, planning the programs from start to completion

• You will ensure the product delivery program (BA, dev, QA i.e. ‘build’), the implementations projects and the support teams (Managed Services, Customer Services) are aligned

• You will maintain effective dialogue at all levels of a client organisation, up to and including C suite, likewise within the FIS leadership structure

• Formulation, organisation and monitoring of multiple, large, often inter-connected projects

• Oversight, composition and ownership of the delivery strategy

• Responsibility for leading and evaluating Project Managers and other staff as part of a project engagement

• Strictly control and manage deadlines, budgets and activities

• Assume full responsibility for program governance and commercial oversight

• Helping to review/rescue programs to put them back on track

• Establish, refine and rollout 'best practice' policy and procedures for program/project management activities across the whole of FIS’ Capital Markets operations

• Substantial proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, having already managed complex, high value programs

The Program Risk Manager will assist the Senior Manager, Program Risk to partner with and support all programs and projects across the business (with a strong emphasis on the One Endeavour transformation program). The role will strengthen and continuously improve the management of program risk, and build risk/compliance awareness, engagement and capability throughout the organisation. 

Working within program managers, project managers and central program offices, the role will have the opportunity to meaningfully affect the outcomes of programs and projects across the organisation that are critical to Endeavour’s strategy. 

The Program Risk Manager will support the Senior Manager, Program Risk to focus on Endeavour's transformation program and be involved in a wide range of programs and projects that have diverse business stakeholders. This role will assist in implementing a relevant program risk framework for governing programs and projects, while also gaining a strong understanding of Endeavour's business, purpose, and strategy. The successful candidate will use their expertise in risk management to support and facilitate Endeavour's growth and mission. • Provide risk management support across the business and continue to embed risk management into our culture and business.

• Establish the program risk management framework including risk identification, risk assessment/analysis, project maturity and controls assessment, documentation and reporting - this will be done working closely with other risk colleagues and partnering with program, project and central program office stakeholders, and will include facilitating discussion and workshop sessions.

• Work across the program portfolio and identify, assess and help address cross program risks and issues.

• Help establish a centre of excellence and support to deliver strong project outcomes.

• Educate  program and project managers to understand that they are required to, develop strategies to proactively address risks and their subsequent mitigations through early identification of risks and the implementation of a risk management strategy.

• Enable risk  insights to assist program and project leaders to enable early intervention (including the use of data/indicators/tools, lessons learnt, improved governance, etc).

• Help establish Endeavour’s project assurance framework and support implementation focussed on risk.

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Endeavour’s program risk management and broader project delivery frameworks, strategies and methodologies.

• Assist with continuing to embed risk management into our culture and ways of working, including identifying new and innovative ways of approaching risk management tailored to the business audience.

• Program risk partnering with a focus on Endeavour’s transformation program.

• Become the go-to SME of program risk management for key programs and projects.

• Support the program or project leadership and teams to embed their risk management strategies and enable uplift in capabilities across the teams.

• Proactively build effective relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the business, its purpose and strategy.

• Apply your risk knowledge, experience and influencing skills to build risk awareness, engagement and understanding across the business 

• Provide training and guidance to build risk awareness, engagement  and facilitate meetings and discussion with internal business stakeholders on risk management.

• Proactively look for opportunities to modernise, operationalise and embed risk management amongst the project community with the goal of building an appropriate risk-aware culture throughout the organisation.

• Work closely with data analytics specialists and business partners to identify, develop, test and report on controls monitoring.

• Support program and project teams in the review of results, analysis and improvement of processes and controls.

• Prepare various forms of reporting for a broad range of stakeholders including Board and senior management.

• Other relevant tasks within the Endeavour Risk & Compliance team and/or One Endeavour Program Risk team as required.
