However, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the People & Culture Manager in the management of the end-to-end recruitment process including headhunting.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Explore new advertising strategies and platforms
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote the companyās reputation as ābest place to workā
- Support the People & Culture Manager in the onboarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture department as needed.
- Support the People & Culture Manager with company-wide events & activities.
Look, our ideal candidate will have an āI got thisā attitude...they will be solution-focused with a proven track record in finding the best of the best unicorns and keeping them.
You will have to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution.
