We are looking to appoint a recruitment professional experienced in hiring technical, scientific, project or engineering roles to join our friendly team for a rare permanent opportunity. You can be based in either Port Kembla NSW or Mascot NSW with hybrid working arrangements on offer.
What Will You Do?
Reporting to the Talent Lead, you will join an established and collaborative Talent Team who collectively manage all recruitment for BlueScope across Australia. Be a trusted advisor to the business and our People team as you work across your portfolio to manage the whole recruitment lifecycle.
As a Talent Partner you will:
- partner with the business to understand talent needs now and for the future
- manage end to end technical recruitment
- create innovative recruitment campaigns to generate talent pools, including social media advertising
- identify and deliver best practice talent solutions including the use of online assessment tools and video interviewing
- be a champion of Our Purpose and employee brand by ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
More About You
Preference would be hands on experience recruiting technical talent from an onsite role (RPO or corporate) or you have agency experience recruiting technical staff and are considering an opportunity to step in-house to continue your career journey.
We'll value your passion for all things talent and your inquisitive nature to learn about our business and people.
You will have:
- knowledge of technical recruitment and talent assessment frameworks
- a focus on candidate and employee engagement and experience
- exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- understanding of different sourcing and attraction methods
- strong attention to detail to ensure data is maintained well in our ATS (SmartRecruiters)
