About the Role:
Students are at the core of our nature, and for the ideal candidate – it’s at the heart of theirs too! As a Student Recruitment Manager, you are integral in coordinating potential students in starting their journey with AIBI Higher Education.
The ideal candidate not only thrives in international markets but is also highly competent in selling online training courses to domestic students and corporate clients.
$80,000 – $90,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive international student recruitment strategies, including targeted outreach campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and relationship-building with overseas partners.
Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates the sales and marketing activities within AIBI Higher Education
Implement B2B marketing strategies nature and engage with education agents
Build relationships with prospective international students as well as with educational consultants, agents, and other stakeholders involved in the international student recruitment process
Coordinate with other departments within the institution to ensure that the needs of international students are met, including academic advising, housing, and student services
Able to engage with many clients, including students, agents and other corporate stakeholders.
Maintain agent partnerships with stakeholders both onshore and offshore
Able to initiate new business opportunities and reach quarterly sales targets
Engage with students and positively contribute towards a dynamic and positive work culture
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to international student recruitment and admissions, including TEQSA, CRICOS, the Department of Home Affairs, and other relevant laws and regulations
Skills and Experience:
Must be multilingual – able to articulate with international and local stakeholders
Highly competent in communicating with overseas agents
Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience in the Education Sector
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful international student recruitment strategies
Strong understanding of the international student recruitment landscape, including knowledge of cultural, legal, and regulatory considerations
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience with database management and data analysis
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work
Bachelor's degree in either sales or business or higher or equivalent working experience
Must have relevant experience in student recruitment and/or sales
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal fluency and communication
Sales-driven and able to collaborate within a larger team to reach targets and deadlines
Diligent and self-motivated – must have efficient time management skills
