We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our established AU Support team. At Compass, great support is at the heart of our market-leading customer service, and so you will be a key part of a dynamic and fast-growing team.

In this role there are opportunities for rapid progression and exposure to other parts of the organisation for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:

You will join the Compass AU Support function in our Sydney Office, working with the Support Manager & Support Team Leads, to ensure that our schools are provided with the service they need to get the most out of the Compass platform.

Specifically, you will:

• Provide solutions to schools by responding to their requests and solving their problems as they arise.
• Manage communications through a range of channels - including live chat, emails, and phone calls.
• Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to escalate customer inquiries as required.
• Draft and maintain knowledge base resources such as help articles and videos relating to all parts of the Compass platform.

Your role at Vertice

As a Vertice Customer Success Manager, you’ll be focusing on delivering amazing service to our customers across the APAC region so they achieve great value from our products. About the Role

Our Service Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.
As part of the Managed Services team, you’ll provide high quality, efficient support to our clients and their customers through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring. Following ITIL processes, you’ll identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.

About the role

For this role, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience building and scaling a Customer Data Platform at scale. There will be a focus on building a product that can be integrated across a wide number of Rokt's partners, so knowledge of how to make a data platform adaptable to a wide range of tech ecosystems is essential.

We also operate at considerable scale and complexity, so we ideally are looking for someone who lead product development with data ingestion at scale, while being able to handle the complexity that comes with handling large volumes of encrypted and confidential data.

You'll be working alongside some of the most talented and technically brilliant engineers in the world to build and maintain these systems, so an ability to speak to engineers on their level and get deep into the tech is key to this role. As you'll be taking point on critical data and engineering products and initiatives for the long term, we'd love to see someone who has worked within engineering teams as part of their squad.

• 8+years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organisation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, computer science)
• MBA (preferred)

The Purpose:

The Technology Operations team provides operational support across multiple products, systems and applications in a multi-vendor 24/7 real-time payments processing environment. The team serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external operational and technical teams.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver extensive application and technical support for the tokenisation and 3DS services. Responsibilities include collaborating with testing and project teams, vendor support teams, customers and performing daily production support activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Undertake the day to day support activities and complete tasks within agreed service levels and in accordance with the documented procedures.
• Maintain the health of the supported applications through regular proactive monitoring and remediate any issues which impact application availability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure smooth functioning of the applications and resolution of issues.
• Undertake post incident reviews and root cause analysis as part of problem management.
• Participate in change enablement forums and perform appropriate risk and impact assessment including communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide afterhours support which includes overnight/weekend key processing activities, change and release deployments.
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call roster to support incident management and restoration of services.
• Support project work including non-functional testing, configuration activities, documentation review, implementation support outside of business hours.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge management database.
• Identify opportunities to improve observability of application health and performance.
• Drive continual improvement through improving task workflows, application processes and working towards automation.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you'll have:

• Minimum 3 years in an application support role or equivalent.
• Operational support experience in a 24/7 high availability, real-time payments processing environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technology e.g. AWS, web services, Apigee API, IP-based protocols.
• Extensive knowledge of Unix/Windows OS, Jboss application server, Oracle SQL, Java.
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog or Dynatrace.
• Exposure to automation tools e.g. Jenkins.
• Knowledge of payments processing environments – Connex switch,  payment gateway, tokenisation, EMV 3DS.
• Non-functional testing knowledge including documentation of implementation plans and results.
• Strong technical awareness and understanding of the mobile payments domain.
• Understanding of AS2805 format messaging would be beneficial.
