They are seeking a Technical Customer Consultant Team Leader with strong customer service orientation and team management skills to oversee a team of 6 customer support staff. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate technical support to users and businesses.

Role Overview:

As the Technical Customer Consultant Team Leader, you will:

• Manage a team of 6 customer support staff, addressing the joys and challenges of staff management.
• Report to a manager based in the Netherlands.
• Collaborate with local Team Leaders for ANZ (4 in total) to share information, support new project implementations, and resolve local technical issues.
• Support the suite products.
• Ensure the team systematically stays updated with product updates, fixes, and other relevant information.
• Act as the escalation point for more complex client issues.
• Liaise with overseas offices and similar teams to align on information and operating expectations for the ANZ region.
• Oversee a 5-day support operation, Monday to Friday, from approximately 7 am to 10 pm.

The Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) program is a joint partnership between Eastern Health and EACH providing both clinical and psychosocial supports to Mental Health Consumers incorporating a holistic strength-based approach enabling Consumers to identify their individual recovery needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be managing a caseload of clients whom you will assist resolve and/or reduce barriers to stable self-care with low intensity community supports or access higher intensity/duration supports to achieve therapeutic outcomes.

• Assist clients (aged between 16 to 65 years) by delivering psychosocial support to work towards identified recovery goals.

Although a typical day might be hard to come across, you will regularly be engaging with the clients in groups on outings or in our centre as they challenge their minds in a variety of activities or even at a simple gathering sharing stories.

Social Activity Group responsibilities:

• Assist and work alongside older people whilst in a supported group to enable their identified needs and goals to be fulfilled.
• Encourage and support people to actively participate in planning and feedback forums when making decisions about the service they receive, and ensure activities are responsive to this feedback.
• Regularly engage with clients in groups on outings or in our centre as they challenge their minds in a variety of activities or even at a simple gathering sharing stories.
