What Will You Do?

The Customer Operations Specialist plays an integral role in ensuring that our customer service processes run smoothly and efficiently. • provide technical support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and manage user requests
• improve ordering processes and participate in improvement projects, new product launches, and system enhancements
• track key Customer Service KPIs, identify issues, and develop solutions to enhance system functionality and overall business outcomes. Champion operational system changes, supply chain improvements, and process optimizations
