We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager (Front Office) to join our professional and dynamic team. In this key role, you will support the management of daily operations for Front Office, Concierge, Communications, and Night Audit functions. Your focus will be on ensuring guest satisfaction, team motivation, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full utilization and accuracy of the Front Office system, producing operational reports as required.
- Supervise guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless room allocation and check-in/out processes with a guest-centric approach.
- Assist in preparing Front Office monthly reports, including key performance metrics, strategies, and forecasts.
- Offer leadership and guidance to employees whilst on shift
- Monitor employee training
- Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues
