Workforce Planning Analyst
To provide key Workforce Planning and Productivity function supporting our hotels by
leading workforce and labour analysis to maintain and improve on our hotel teams. To
play a key role in ensuring our 12,000 team members across 350+ sites in Hotels have
the right labor to work in our pubs. Create the labour hours for direct wages based on
engineered labour standards that reflect business expectations based on bottom up
budgeting for 350 hotel sites.

- To translate business problems for workforce planning and management using your business and financial acumen to create actionable insights for the business.
- Design and produce regular simplified reporting for the Operations team to enable them to easily identify trends and areas of opportunities to improve cost and efficiency.
- Support and challenge the delivery of labour hours budget outcomes that enable compliant hotel rostering through the use of data, analytics and trend analysis.
- Forecast workforce planning requirements for hotel sites to support seasonal events and long term projections.
- Coach, support and develop the Hotel Operations Teams and Business Partners on workforce planning and productivity best practices, monitoring and tracking for outcomes and ensuring that the hotels adopt recommendations provided.
- Builds strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
