The position:
Reporting directly to the General Manager as part of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the venue's large scale Food & Beverage operations.
We are looking for a natural leader passionate in Food & Beverage who will inspire, innovate and empower those around them whilst being responsible for driving the financial success of the department with proven ability to lead a high performing team.
This role is instrumental to the Leadership Team of the Hotel as we continue to grow our business and provide a unique offering to our customers and team. With an eye for detail and a flair for creativity you will lead the team in providing a high level guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Food & Beverage operations for our hotel. Including: First Edition restuarant, Room Service, Minibar and Conference & Events.
- Co-ordination between the Food & Beverage team and other departments to ensure successful communication of all relevant information.
- Preparation of monthly reports. Including: forecasting, budgeting and analysis of monthly results.
- Stimulating customer-focused service and taking it to the next level
- Taking ownership of all guest feedback and leading the change.
