This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Sous Chef at the Pacific Hotel!
What you’ll do:
- Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations
- Support the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management and food preparation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
- Create and manage staff rosters
- Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
