As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following;
- The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations with a focus on conference & events.
- Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, employee engagement and training & development etc.
- Catering to the needs of all guests to ensure requests and needs are met.
- Liaising with relevant departments with regards to food & beverage distribution e.g. Kitchen.
