What you'll be doing:
- Manage the preparation and production of all hot and cold food items for the à la carte menu, ensuring compliance with prescribed recipes and specifications
- Supervise kitchen shift operations, maintaining food preparation, handling, and storage standards in line with HACCP regulations
- Lead and motivate shift teams, encouraging mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Ensure cross-training of staff to support successful daily operations
- Maintain cost and quality standards while working effectively under pressure
