About you:
- You are passionate about local produce. There is no such a thing as a simple dish because you are all about creating gastronomic experiences for our guests. You are a key part for the success of the daily kitchen operations.
- Confident preparing and storing pizza dough and pizza sauces.
- Have experience handling the pizza oven.
- You are trade qualified and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What you will be doing:
- Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
- Ensure strict hygiene and safety procedures.
