As a Porter / Concierge, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - luggage assistance, valet parking and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating stories that stay.
- Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
- Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne with visitors to our city
- Be the "face" of our hotel
- Welcome our guests and make them feel special
- Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests
- Valet parking of cars
- General Porter duties as required
