Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries on the phone or via email
- Scheduling of appointments with relevant medical specialist
- Maintaining busy mailboxes, including responding to queries in a timely manner, booking appointments and other services services
- Providing administrative and operational support to medical specialists
- Providing information and advice to customers, or potential customers
- Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Operations Manager, including reception duties, uploading dictation, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general
