The Role:
Senior Infrastructure Engineering Experts operate with a significant degree of independence and work under the broad guidance of a National Manager to deliver quality outcomes. They operate with a high level of autonomy, with decision-making highly dependent on their own judgement.
In performing a leadership role, Senior Infrastructure Engineering Experts identify and drive innovation, manage and lead change, and have an active role in contributing to, and implementing the agencys strategic direction.
They should be able to articulate the appropriate technologies and architecture to be used to meet the agencys desired outcomes.
A Senior Infrastructure Engineering Expert should have experience in mentoring staff, recognising, recording and distributing knowledge within the team through various means of communication.
Primary Duties:
Plan and manage infrastructure requirements to meet future infrastructure demand
Ensure the provision of infrastructure related operational support for hardware, software and other assets
