About the Role
This role supports the administration and coordination of our capability and development plans and initiatives across icare to ensure effective program delivery. You will coordinate support systems including data interpretation, analysing options/alternatives, reporting on program outcomes, managing project plans, timelines, procurement, and financial administrative processes.
This is a key position in our Culture & Capability team, supporting culturally aligned, best practice capability programs and helping to identify continuous improvement opportunities, enabling us to strengthen icares culture of collaboration, growth and achievement.
