Key responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Answer incoming phone calls
Maintain customer database
Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication at all times
Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required
Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge and other areas (as needed)
Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
General support to the administration and management teams
